Headlines
In the fall most Barnstable Travel Teams compete in the Cranberry league. Everyone is encouraged to try out, but Travel soccer is not for everyone. For U8 to U10 there will normally be one practice per week, for U11 and up there will normally be two practices per week. Travel play is generally limited to the Cape & Islands and the South Shore.
If a player has completed at least 2-3 seasons in Recreational Soccer and has physical, technical, and tactical abilities they are encouraged to try out for Travel Soccer. No spot is ever guaranteed on a travel soccer team, this is a competitive league. Players are expected to stay with their team through the fall, winter indoor (if the team participates), and spring season.

Barnstable Youth Soccer Refund Policy (Effective July 15, 2007)
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO THE REGISTRAR
Fall Travel
100% prior to first game of the season
50% up to and including the second weekend of the season
0% after the second weekend of the season
Spring Travel
100% prior to January 1st
75% prior to February 1st (100% for U15 to U18)
50% prior to March 15th
0% after March 15th
**** Exceptions may be made for medical issues or injuries that occur during the season.
