The following documents must be presented at field check-in-no exceptions:

Roster approved by your club/state registrar
Pass cards or birth certificates for each player on the roster
Medical release form (a copy for us to keep)
In the case of out of state teams, the 'Permission To Travel' form approved by your state organization.

AGE GROUPS AND FEES

Boys and Girls Fall Age Groupings:

U10	Players born on or after August 1, 2000
U12	Players born on or after August 1, 1998
U14	Players born on or after August 1, 1996

Age Group Format Cost and Roster Size:

U12 (11 v 11)	$450 (US)	18 players max

Players may not be double rostered.
